Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the eightcrm.cz website and the app.eightcrm.cz application (“EightCRM”).

1. Scope of service

EightCRM is a CRM platform for service businesses — recruitment agencies, cleaning companies and transport companies. You can try the service free for 14 days; afterwards, continued use is tied to the plan you choose from the current pricing page.

2. Trial period and payment

The trial does not require a payment card. After it ends, a paid plan is required to keep using the service. Prices shown on the Pricing page exclude VAT and may change with prior notice.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the CRM and for complying with applicable law when processing it, including data-protection law concerning your own clients and candidates.

4. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

5. Ending use

You may cancel your plan at any time. After the contract ends, data is retained for a reasonable period in case the account is restored, then permanently deleted unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or inside the application.
